How long will my order take?

Most products are hand made to order and typically take me around 2-3 days to turn around.  This does not include Royal Mail's postal times.  During busy periods it can take up to a week to get orders ready for posting.  If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and I'll do what I can do help.  

UK P&P is currently free with all orders over £35.

What are your postal days?

Orders are posted from Monday to Friday in accordance with all safe COVID protocols. 

If I select the First Class Signed For option, does this mean I'll receive my order the next working day?

With the exception of greetings cards which are usually always in stock, it's very unlikely that your order will be ready to post that day.  This is because most products are made to order.  The First Class Signed For option will allow your order to be processed more quickly by Royal Mail, though, so it's a good option to choose if you need your order in a rush.

Can I send a card or gift directly to someone?

Yes!  There is a comments box on the checkout screen (as shown below) where you can leave a gift message.  A gift card with your message will be included in the gift, and we'll make sure no pricing information is included with the order.

What is a Giclée print?

Giclée is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment rather than dye inks with high quality archival standard paper to achieve prints of superior quality, light fastness and stability which will last for generations.   Our Giclée prints are produced on 100% Cotton fine art paper using printers with 9+ colour pigment inks, producing an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes!  Orders are shipped all over the world.  Shipping charges are calculated based on your - or the recipient's - location.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch as quickly as possible. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.  You will be provided with a pre-paid returns shipping label for your item.

In accordance with distance selling regulations, items (except earrings, for hygiene reasons) can be returned for any other reason within 14 days of delivery and a complete refund (excluding shipping), will be given.

Will the colours of products be the same as the ones shown online?

While we do our best to be as accurate as we can with our product images, please be aware that colours will vary slightly depending on your monitor and browser settings.
