From the start of June, I will be taking on a permanent selling space within the thriving Tron Kirk Arts Market, run by the Scottish Design Exchange.
Having just opened last year, the Tron Market showcases the work of over 20 artists, and it’s already established itself as one of the most-visited places on the Royal Mile.
I’m initially looking for someone with retail experience and a passion for promoting locally-made products to work on my stall for two days per week: 10am-6pm on Sundays and Mondays (more hours may become available).
The role involves helping and serving customers, processing payments, managing stock levels and ensuring a high level of product presentation. You would mainly be working unsupervised and you would also be responsible for helping to process sales on one neighbouring stall.
Pay rate: £12 per hour
